The client is a regional sports club that offers coaching programs, tournaments, and fitness workshops across multiple sports, including soccer, tennis, and cricket. They were managing operations through spreadsheets, paper-based forms, and WhatsApp groups—which made event management inefficient and membership tracking nearly impossible.
To build an all-in-one digital platform that could manage club operations such as member onboarding, coaching schedules, payment tracking, and internal communication with players and parents. They also needed role-based access for admins, coaches, and players.
AppscriptX developed a mobile app that included user registration, profile creation, class and event scheduling, attendance tracking, and online payments. Coaches could update training schedules, track player progress, and send notifications. Players and parents received personalized dashboards to track upcoming events and performance metrics.
An integrated calendar and push notification system ensured nobody missed a session or deadline. The admin panel provided a bird’s-eye view of all club activities.
