Our client is a growing real estate consultancy firm operating in several metropolitan areas. Their team helps individuals and families find residential and commercial properties across urban and suburban regions. Prior to engaging AppScriptx, their client interactions were mostly manual—managed through calls, emails, and site visits—resulting in missed opportunities and delayed responses.

Project Objective

The goal was to develop a user-friendly mobile application that would digitize property searches, enhance agent-client communication, and streamline listing management. The client wanted an app that could be used by both property seekers and real estate agents, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.

Project Solution

AppacriptX designed and developed a cross-platform mobile application where users could search properties using filters such as location, budget, amenities, and property type. Each property featured detailed information, image galleries, and map integration. For real estate agents, we built a backend dashboard to manage listings, respond to inquiries, and schedule property viewings. Real-time chat was added to facilitate faster communication.

We also ensured that the app had multilingual support and offline browsing functionality to cater to a broader user base.
